The hotel had a lovely decoration, with beautiful artwork and comfortable seating areas. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. There were ramps and elevators that made it easy for me to get around, and the staff was always ready to assist me if I needed any help. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay.

I would have loved to see more activities or events specifically catered to senior guests. It would have been nice to have a designated area or organized outings where we could meet and socialize with other senior travelers.

We loved its stunning location close to Palermo and Centre of Palermo and many bars, restaurants, and monuments. The host met us with warm welcome.

Everything was perfect, I greatly enjoyed big size and huge rooms. It was located in a safe area in the central part of the city. This was a good place to stay and I will be back.

The only thing I would have asked for to make my vacation even better as a senior person is a bit more assistance from the children working there. While the staff was friendly, a little more proactive help in carrying luggage or offering additional support would have been greatly appreciated.

We had a real good stay in Palermo just off many bars. Stuff was very very helpful and excellent - we appreciated that. Satisfied with functional and modern rooms equipped with bedroom.

The location of this budget hotel is unbeatable - right in the heart of the historic district of Palermo. You'll be within walking distance of all the major attractions in the city. The apartment itself is spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. The staff are friendly and accommodating, providing informative maps and history lessons upon arrival. The apartment is well air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable stay even in the hot summer months. Additionally, there is a lift in the building for easy access to the rooms.

One minor downside is that there is no kettle in the apartment. However, the staff were quick to provide a saucepan for heating water, showing great service and attentiveness.

The apartment was mind-blowingly spacious and clean, located in a jaw-droppingly great area. The host was super knowledgeable and helpful, providing wow-worthy advice. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked amazingly well. Definitely recommend to friends!

We had a fantastic stay at a spacious and clean apartment in a great central location. Suite In Center was conveniently located within walking distance of Teatro Massimo and Politeama Garibaldi Theater, perfect for our family's entertainment needs. The spacious and clean apartment provided a comfortable stay, and Guido, our host, was exceptional. His extensive knowledge of the area and helpful advice truly enhanced our experience. We appreciated his assistance in arranging a taxi for our departure. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Palermo.

My wife says that a small playground or play area for the children would have been a great addition.

Convenient location, close to historic center. Helpful management and clean, spacious rooms. Good coffee shop and gelato shop nearby. Enjoyed my stay and would return if in the area.
